To ensure that all of these objectives are met and to instill customer confidence Midwest Electrical Services Ltd will operate and maintain a quality system that will enforce the above policy statement.

Through constant monitoring of our customers requirements and by regular management review we will ensure that the needs and expectations and our objectives are reflected by this policy and the procedures in our quality systems.

Midwest Electrical Services Ltd actively pursues an ongoing training policy so that staff can perform completely the wide range of tasks, which satisfy our customers. We recognise their needs and continuously develop and maintain the culture of high quality achievement so that we demonstrate our quality policy for complete customer satisfaction and our commitment to long-standing customer associations.

The management representative for quality, who has the delegated authority of executive management, will ensure the requirements of this quality system, which are mandatory for all staff, are met.
